Account Management

Introduction

Hipcricket realizes that the last thing marketers need are keys to technology without access to experts to help them become proficient. It is why, since 2004, Hipcricket has made account management a top priority.

What is “Account Management”?

If you desire, Hipcricket will provide you with a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the process from start to finish and will always be available to address any questions or concerns at any point during the campaign. Your account manager will also be available for scheduled on-site corporate meetings and/or conference calls to keep all parties up to date on initiatives. To exceed your expectations, your account manager will often enlist the help of the other devoted team members – marketing strategist, project manager, and general counsel, for example – to ensure your mobile campaign is successful.

What it does?

Account managers report to the Director of Client Services as well as the Senior Vice President of Client Services. The team embraces collaboration and works together to share ideas and create concepts that drive client initiatives.

How it works?
