For all Hipcricket Campaigns, you can text any of the following words to the short code in question and you shall be opted out of all future messages:

  • STOP
  • END
  • QUIT
  • CANCEL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE

*NOTE: these words are NOT case sensitive.

If you continue to receive unwanted messages relating to this campaign, please contact Hipcricket using the contact information below, with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Mobile Phone Number
  • The Short Code from which the message came
  • The content of the message
  • ...and we shall immediately correct this error.

Unless otherwise advertised, message and data rates may apply for all Hipcricket campaigns. Where a 'PREMIUM' is charged for a service, this shall be applied to your phone bill, or deducted from your pre-paid balance. The premium charge shall be clearly advertised in the relevant medium. If you believe you have been PREMIUM BILLED for a campaign in error, please contact Hipcricket using the contact information below, with details of:

  • Your Name
  • Your Mobile Phone Number
  • The Short Code from which the message came
  • The content of the message
  • The charge that was applied to your phone bill, and the date on which it was applied.
